Evaluation of Assistance Services Provided to Victims of Human Trafficking

This paper was carried out within the Specialized Protection and Assistance Program for Victims of Trafficking ACASA and is the result of a research that had as main objective the evaluation of specialized protection and assistance services provided to victims of human trafficking by the Association for the Development of Alternative Reintegration Practices and Education (ADPARE). The aim of this research is to better understand the impact that the services provided have had on the beneficiaries, the changes produced and the improvement of the quality of these services in the future.

TEMVI — TRAFFICKED AND EXPLOITED MINORS, BETWEEN VULNERABILITY AND ILLEGALITY

European Union Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating human trafficking and protecting its victims, lists in art. 2.3 the main forms of exploitation, which are purposes for human trafficking, and for the first time, “exploitation of criminal activities”, is included in an international legislative document.
